Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is a ProFix Home Visit?

A ProFix Home Visit is a structured repair appointment where we handle multiple items from your home repair list in one professional visit, without rushing or cutting corners.

2. What types of repairs can be handled in one visit?

We commonly handle drywall repairs, light fixtures, door adjustments, caulking, trim work, TV mounting, hardware installation, plumbing and electrical fixes, and general home repairs.

3. Do I need to have a list before scheduling?

Yes, our service works best for homeowners who have several items that need attention. The more complete your list, the more value you get from the visit.

4. What if I only have one small repair?

Our service is designed for multiple repairs in one visit. If you only have one tiny item, we suggest looking for other home repairs you might want, to add to your list.

5. How long does a typical home visit last?

Most visits are scheduled to allow enough time to complete several repairs comfortably without rushing. The exact time depends on your list.

6. What happens if my list is too big for one visit?

No problem. We handle the priority items first and schedule a second visit to finish the rest, so the work is never rushed.

7. Do you charge by the hour?

No. ProFix Home Visits are structured around flat visit pricing, so there is no hourly pressure or surprise charges.

8. What is the minimum for a ProFix Home Visit?

Our minimum home visit starts at $500, and most homeowners use that visit to complete an entire list of repairs.

9. Do I need to buy materials before you arrive?

In most cases, we can guide you on what to have ready, or we can bring common materials needed for typical repairs.

10. What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve homeowners in Decatur, North Decatur, Tucker, Snellville, Stone Mountain, and surrounding Atlanta suburbs.

11. Can you handle both electrical and plumbing repairs in the same visit?

Yes. One of the benefits of a ProFix visit is handling different types of small repairs in a single appointment.

12. Do I need to be home during the visit?

We recommend being present at the start to review the list, but many homeowners are comfortable stepping away while we work.
